I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to serve as a Realtor for the past 25 years. Throughout this journey, I've had the privilege of helping individuals and families buy and sell properties — and along the way, I've made lifelong friendships that I truly cherish.

As a lifelong resident of Cynthiana, raising a family here has been one of my greatest blessings. This deep connection to our community fuels my passion for helping others put down roots or begin new chapters.

I’ve been happily married to Richard Davis for over 30 years, and in addition to my work in real estate, I also serve as an insurance agent with Harrison County Farm Bureau.
